undersigned members of His

Majesty's Junior Clerical

Service in the Colony of

Hong Kong

1. That the Junior Clerical Service is divided into

nine classes and its standard Establishment (excluding the Special

Class) on 1st January, 1938, was 719. The present salary scales

were recommended by the Salaries Commission of 1929 and have been

in force since 1st January, 1930. They are :-

Special Class (open only to non-Chinese)
